The Soft Spots Release Live Video for "Between Daydreams"

Now that the weather is getting warmer, here’s The Deli Philly’s Featured Artist of the month The Soft Spots playing their electronic, surfy, dream pop song “Between Day Dreams.” The room that they’re playing in obviously reinforces their tropical vibe with Hawaiian shirts, captain’s hats and animal prints. The song has a prominently 80’s electronic drum beat, synth pads that wash over you in a comforting way, deep bass lines, dreamy guitar solos, electric ukulele and some of the smoothest vocals you’ve heard. The progression of this track is amazingly calm and soothing, yet it has some killer parts like a guitar/ukulele harmonize solo! The end gets really exciting as well with the band members making monkey noises? Seems strange enough, but some how appropriate. Their next show is a few Tuesdays from now at the Yachtsman on May 19th with Truong Ta and Chrono Uke!
