Ao3′s down, possibly due to a deliberate attack (not sure), and tumblr staff are determined to fuck shit up with that stupid algorithm thing as they continue to “fix” shit that isn’t broken and ignore stuff that is...like, obviously life could be a million times worse, but also this day is one hundred percent cursed and can absolutely go screw itself.

Old Dog New Tricks

I'm learning about so many features tumblr has I was just not aware of in this fresh new wave of social media refugees. I learned that I actually had to put my blog in chronological order to benefit from permanent chronological order (I thought it was that way naturally all these years). And now this:

I had no idea I could change the colour of my dash, you have to cycle through it and some are blinding along the way as a result of fluctuating between dark and light, but what fun! Goth rave is so pretty <3 and it changes your dash not the blogs themselves. To be honest, the only reason I'm making this a post is because a friend was having trouble finding it and by the time I finished screencapping to circle what she was looking for, she found it. So I decided to share on the off-chance it might be helpful to others. This is how to on desktop. I don't use the phone app.
