The cruise ship Emerald Harmony is tied up at the Autonomous Port on the Tonlé Sap River at Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Chroy Changvar Bridge (1963) in the background reopened in 1994 after its partial destruction in 1972 during the Cambodian Civil War.
