                   perching precariously on the edge at the top of the construction site,                    gavin aimed down the sight of his sniper rifle. whenever he had a few                    hours to piss about during the evening this is where he would come.                    he'd figured the workers usually left around six o'clock every day, and                    the were shit at keeping the place secure, so gavin could sneak to                    the top for the perfect view of the traffic below. not to mention the view                    as the sun set on the city of los santos. gavin was always a sucker                    for picturesque landscapes.

                           this time, he had managed to get michael to come along with him.                            what better bonding time with his boi than shooting out the tires on                            people's cars. 

            ❝right. you see the red zentorno at the stop light?                                  i'm gonna bip it.❞

                     he kept eyes on the vehicle, waiting until the light just turned green                      and then he fired. the left rear tire exploded, causing the car to                       spin and, in turn, sent it into oncoming traffic.

                                  the rapturous laughter was followed by                                   a simple phrase, ❝nailed it.❞

Geoff mentioned before the Let's Play Live heist that this was in practice for a future heist. I imagine they'll do something similar to the Grand Heist, where it was preformed once live at RTX and then done again for Youtube.

Oh well that's pretty cool! I imagine it would be a similar approach to the RTX heist then!
