You know at the end of the day it’s just a Sunday lunch with extra Brussels and a few crackers. We put this constant stress on ourselves to create a perfect Christmas, perfect day, perfect dinner. We try and make sure the day runs without chaos. Without hiccups With out tantrums and tears. But it’s just a day. Yes it’s good to feel good on the day. But it’s good to feel good any day. Putting too much pressure on yourself, on just one day one, just one meal it’s crazy. Yesterday I went out for Christmas lunch it was great to catch up with some friends was it perfect? No. Had this bloody toothache. But I still enjoyed catching up I still enjoyed eating on one side of my mouth. 😵‍💫 There is only Two days left of school wrapping isn’t done yet but it will get done. Again it doesn’t have to be perfect.
