You have 30 days to fatten up a willing participant, how do you do it?
Nothing special, but you know that I’d make sure they’re kept very well fed. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a meal before bed (dessert after at least a couple of those). Lots of their favourite snacks, and never far from reach. Maybe we throw in some big stuffings and gainer shakes to supplement their diet and keep things interesting.
This is my time to shine as a housewife: to cook in abundance, clean, go out and run errands so that they’re free to lounge around at home. I’ll absolutely encourage them to sit back and enjoy every sedentary pleasure and pastime they like (and maybe suggest some of my own. Positive reinforcement), but we’ll keep strenuous activity to a bare minimum. The last thing I want is my growing sweetie to use calories that would be better spent filling out their waistline.
Bottom line: I’m keeping them full and happy. And, really, 30 days is only enough time to get started. We’ll probably have to keep this up for longer.
