I spent my whole life not being noticed — so when I finally was, I didn't know how to feel.

I can relate to a lot of what this woman says (even though I never was quite as heavy as she). I haven’t always been fat. I mostly purposefully became fat to hide, to become invisible. It was/is much easier to accept rejection. Then there was tumblr. For the record, I’m glad that tumblr is slowly but surely flagging my past. At some point, I will download this record of my mental illness. Ha.

But yeah. I can relate to a lot of what she has said.
