Dee is a trans man in highschool who, on top of all his dysphoria about transitioning, is also dealing with body negativity, convincing himself that his thick thighs and pudgy stomach are awful and make him less attractive. And to top it all off, he has vitiligo and heterochromia, which he's less insecure about, but when he has huge breakdowns, it's just another thing his mind reminds him of.
