Two years after they first appeared, the Invisible Raiders were back to bedevil Plastic Man and his sidekick, Woozy Winks.

Actually, the original story from issue #45 was just reprinted in #64. Quality Comics was about to go out of business, so issue #64 was Plastic Man's last. The publishers decided to reprint stories in the last issue instead of paying someone to write and draw new ones.

DC Comics bought most of Quality's characters, but they allowed Plas and Woozy to languish for ten years until publishing Plastic Man (vol. 2) #1 in December, 1966,

The Ghoul strangely reminds me of Marvel's The Porcupine. And Man-Thing. I'm a total sucker for swamp monsters!

"Charles Nicholas" -- an alias for Chuck Cuidera, who drew early Blackhawk comics for Quality, as well as Jack Kirby and war artist, Charles Wojtkoski -- did the interior art on this story, but did he do the cover? It's possible...
