Heavy Hang Snatches for 2. I usually love them but today this gal was feeling like a tortoise. Bar is actually hitting my hip now which is great but I feel like I'm moving in slow motion. This isn't the Matrix. Anyway,I hit this first rep at 170 then missed the 2nd one behind me. Frickin frack! MKO was messing with me after I missed so naturally ,I had to screach at him. Buying my issue of New York Magazine for my Mama and her friends back in Michigan and Ohio. Still on cloud 9 and so stoked about being chosen for the spread.
