The two females had been friends for quite a while, being somewhat similar in age although the other was a few years older, they had gotten along naturally. Hence it was at all unlikely for her to be called during the late hours of the day, though this time it had seemed a little different. The elder’s voice seemed off, almost as though she was crying, this of course set her off to believe the other was upset over something. ‘What’s wrong?’ she’d asked, her voice filled with worry. From her casual lounging position, she had moved up to sit straight, her back now resting against the couch’s backrest. ‘Do you need me to come over, is something wrong?’ she asked once more, so filled with worry she barely allowed the other to reply.

STARTER for @chuhyun​ !!

jisoo’s snuck out. again.  in her defense, she’s chosen this over sleep so there’s no sense of guilt, only a liberating sensation that follows as time ticks slower to the tempo she’s dragged out. there’s a slight skip in her step as she roams the bustling street, the fur of her hood tickling her face as a gentle breeze carries through the air.   earphones nestle in her ears but they remain silent as she soaks in everything around her, breathes in (smoke, mingled with something sweet), exhales until she feels full again.  this is her fleeting taste of normal; this is as close to normal as she’ll ever get so she comes to a halt to savor it.

as a city kid, she’s known nothing else-- nothing but the skyscrapers and smell of gasoline and asphalt beneath her feet, the grittiness of a steel jungle. perhaps it doesn’t satisfy the restlessness that itches to be scratched, but for now it’ll have to do. the smile etched on her lips is genuine.

it happens in a blink of an eye, catalyzed by a careless tug of a hand in her pocket as she searches for a hair tie when a coin tumbles out and onto the street.  any sensible human being would dismiss the loss but she’s quick to scramble after it as if her life depends on a hundred won.  a miscalculated step’s taken before her lowered head bumps painfully into someone’s shoulder.

“ah--” wincing in pain, then a squint of recognition. “joohyun unnie?”

centaurus : favourite holiday? my favorite holiday must be this one – the christmas holidays! even though i hardly have time to spend time with my parents these days, i think that christmas ( and new years for that part ) is always something lovely and it is a cosy holiday and you really get the chance to spend it with your loved ones. i also suppose that this is the child in me that is still very open about some things and truly treasures this and gets the glimmer in the eyes whenever christmas approaches.

gemini : favourite song? can i choose a song that me and my group did? because if so then i will say that my favourite song is precious love by twice. if not, then i will say that it’s forever young by bts

aries : favourite movie? i like many movies, but i have an indeed weak spot for disney movies and amongst those movies. i must say that tangled and zootopia are on the top of the list of my most favourite movies.

Who starts putting up decorations in October? Irene will start one night in October, proceed to get tired and leaves it for the duration of November, then eventually finishes in December.

Who buys the advent calendars? Kiji’ll buy Irene one and give it to her after a particularly tiring schedule

Who places mistletoe all around the house? Irene’d ask him to put it up, seeing as he’s tall enough

SEND ME A ❄ FOR MY MUSES REACTION TO YOURS THROWING A SNOWBALL AT THEM

Her knit gloves smothered her hands with warmth while a matching beanie fit her pate somewhat snug as she felt the iced cold snowball hit against her trenchcoat while trying to adjust both articles. A huge dramatic gasp released from her lips before falling into a playful arrogant laugh, completely caught off guard without any recognition. Although it wasn’t necessarily a surprise that snowfall came early this year in Seoul, you could say it was an excellent way to merge into the holiday spirit. The snow gleamed and glistened along the ground, drizzling lightly each time you decided to step out of your door- yet it was practically vivid enough to match the clouds during a spring afternoon. A few moments had passed previously upon moving aside the multiple strands of hair that dangled in front of her as she settled herself into a squatting position to construct the perfect snowball needed to fire back at the older.

However Soojung wasn’t too familiar with these kinds of activities, it wasn’t as if she disliked them- to be honest there was a longing to find joy in smaller details children would dedicate their life to. To endure such an act became rather meaningful, now if only she could film this encounter without losing the endeavor entirely. Without hesitation she perked up out of her position, clasping the fallout into a denser shape prior to insinuating a stance. She yelled sharply, smile florid as ever and possibly too gummy to replicate before throwing the snowball full force at the other- shifting facial expressions immediately to only search quickly for a hiding place. “Yah! Don’t get mad at me, you know you threw it at me first! Let’s say I can buy you hot chocolate so you won’t throw another one at me or even better we can take pictures of ourselves falling into the snow- I swear we’ll be the new meme.”
