❝Nothing❞ Jinri shook her head. She completely disagrees with Mina’s opinion about the drawing she had made. The actress was not an art major, but she could see Mina’s potential in art. Her drawing didn’t felt bland in her eyes. It was a simple doodle, yet it gives off a friendly vibe. ❝How can you say it’s nothing? What are we in elementary - saying our drawings aren’t pretty to be praised ‘cause if we are I’m gonna praise that doodle of yours all the time.❞ With a cheeky grin, Jinri looked over the canvas again. ❝It’s cute. All the curves, lines, and let’s not forget that little cute doodle of a cat was adorable.❞

—- there was something so difficult with accepting praise from someone else. with allowing them to see the cheeks of mina heat up. of course, she read a lot of the fans comments on the internet and of course she felt proud over what she was accomplishing there, but this... this was something completley different and it was feeling odd, yeah, odd, to be able to accept the compliment from someone. she was no artist of that matter, no painter for sure. but it helped her to ease some kind of stress with the female. it never hurt to change the ways people were seeing her at times. mina shook her head many times, still not fully accepting the elder’s compliments, perhaps it was due the fact that mina knew of jinri, she knew of the gret visual of f(x). the sunbaenim.  ❝ but it really is nothing, i’m not a master at this. and like you said that my behaviour is as if i was in elementary, so is this painting! it just helps to releave some of the stress and pressure so i guess i grew found of wat i was doing.. ❞ she tipped her head to the side, studying the cat and the flower she had drawn.

“ah, that is terrible… but then again, with a face like yours, who needs a mirror to check if you look good? you always do, so no need for more mirrors!” seolhyun couldn’t help the chuckles that left her lips, only covering up some of them with the back of her hand. hearing this little anecdotes make her somewhat miss living in dorms, but that feeling was quickly diminished when she had remembered how difficult it was to be sharing spaces with other people that weren’t really interested in being your friends. with the thoughts pushed at the back of her mind, seolhyun directed her attention elsewhere and went towards the other female’s side to slip an arm around the younger’s. “come on then, we better get going before your manager stops me from buying you plenty of food.” a playful glance was given towards the younger’s way, accompanied by a cheeky grin while they walked side by side. “what do you feel like getting, hm?”

—-  ❝ and then you say that i’m the one flattering you! ❞ there was a short laugh following and mina was quick to cover her face with her hands to make sure that it remained covered up, almost as if the brief giggle was something she was embarrassed about when in reality she wasn’t embarrassed at all. mina was bad at recieving compliments, only for the mere fact that she didn’t know how to react to them, but whenever she got one, she was always taking them to heart. the sad thing was, she was the same about criticism as well. always trying to act as if the piece of critical feedback hadn’t hurt her, mean comments didn’t bother her. but whenever she was alone she was feeling the worst about it. you see, the one thing everyone should know about mina was-- she disliked being not okay, so under all curicumstances, she would be acting okay, even if she in reality wasn’t. ❝ it was a while since i had sushi...  ❞ mina mumbled, being japanese caused her to forget what koreans would all the delicacy.

— in fact, jimin was just teasing mina with his question and trying to bicker with her like they always do. best friend bickering; but her reply stopped him. it made him laugh some more because it was cute. mina was always adorable and now she proved it more. ❝ you know, you saved it— i’m glad you respect your oppa HA ❞ he side eyed the girl before he smiled warmly. ❝ i wouldn’t mind being in school though and you still would be the fetus in here so… your insult wouldn’t be successful ❞

—- despite the fact that mina was good at bickering with a lot of people, this fct didn’t seem to apply on jimin. the two of them were often throwing playful words around at one another, which probably made people mistake the two of them of not getting along at all to actually getting along quite well. ❝  respect my oppa ... ❞   she pursued her lips together and hummed for a short moment, nodding her head a couple of times before she let out a soft sigh. it was true though, even though she never showed it much to him. she did respect him.❝ you just want the victory of me being a fetus! ❞

— these two were acting like small babies at times and other times like real adults, but now the first option was winning. they were both worried at the same level even if jimin was teasing mina, of course he didn’t want to upset her as well. ❝ okay enough with this!! no more worrying or anything, i am fine. back to our topic.. what was it…?❞ he chuckled as he faced the girl and shook his head to show that he judged himself, forgetting about things too easily.❝ the worrying topic really got into my mind that i forgot what we really needed to do.. i guess let’s find something else to do? ❞

—- it was funny, how things with jimin never seemed to be taking the wrong turn and become boring. not even now. he was always up to somethng and mina knew that he was alwyas bringing her a laughter. staring at the elder male as he was trying desperately to come up with the subject the two of them previously had been talking about, mina quickly nudged him and shook her head, as well. with one another, they truly were like dumb and dumber ( and none of them would reveal who was who ). ❝ yah, are you getting old and forgetful now? not remembering what we were talking about! tsch, park jimin. how are you supposed to remember all choreographies! ❞ she scolded with a laughter bubbling in her throat, shaking her head, as well towards him. ❝ on another hand, i wouldn’t mind doing something! do you have something in particular in mind? ❞
