Apu Stones //
A while ago had the privilege to work with a gifted Shaman and Channeler that taught me about Apu stones. These are amazing Earth elementals, and holding one in your hand feels like you are holding a mountain.
They are also called Chumpi stones and are specifically used in Peru and healers trained in the Andes Mountains. I am very fortunate to have been trained briefly by that Shaman, and this stone is a huge calming presence in my practice.
