Chungi is being a doucebag on purpose. They aren't together not because he's in the closet, but because after the first hookup he wanted to be friends with benefits and have multiple partners. Once Jiho starts to have feelings for someone, he realised he has feeling for him and he's going to lose him. Instead of accepting it and moving on, he caused drama and when he got the chance to apologize he deflects and tell Jiho he's the problem. I understand the desire of wanting to be loved by someone who is out, but this is not Jiho's problem because they are not together, but just friends with benefits. Why should Jiho come out for someone who is not even dating? Other people might think he's giving him a reality check, but to me it feels like he's hurt because he's too late and he wants to see Jiho hurt like him.

I feel like in the story Chungi has the same role of Inwoo's ex-wife. Chungi realised he was too late and instead of accepting it he put the blame on Jiho. Heeyoung realised she wasn't happy in a relationship and instead of accepting it and divorce him she put the blame on Inwoo. Right now they didn't really apologise yet.
