1. Vega has stolen a few kisses from Chun-Li on occasion, mostly to tease/mock her.2. Ever since Chun-Li defeated him in the World Warrior tournament, not only did Vega want a proper rematch with her but also wanted her to suffer for sullying his face.3. Whether she wants to admit it or not, Chun-Li sees a bit of herself in the matador, as they both lost a beloved parent. However, she is grateful that she did not end up on a similar path he took.4. Sometimes, Vega likes to engage in a little bit of voyeurism while she is showering or undressing herself - while staying out of sight, of course.
