Former Penguin, Current Hurricane, and Team Dad Jordan Staal and his wife have a baby boy! I felt so bad for them when they loss their baby last year that they kept this pregnancy quiet and I’m so so happy for him and the Staal family.
Another Staal baby. 😭😭😭 Catch me crying over that. Jordan has always been one of my favorites, from the time he was drafted to now. I bet he’s a fantastic dad (to his boys on the ice and at home). As someone with a personal connection to loss during pregnancy it completely shatters my heart to see anyone go through that so I’m so glad they have a rainbow baby that’s here and healthy.
Don’t get me wrong, I love that Jeff Skinner is a Buffalo Sabre...
BUT
we’re all getting totally gypped because we don’t get to see him do Storm Surges.

Where is everyone hearing this news that Jordan had a son?? I mean I kind of knew about it from someone else but I didn't see anything public! So curious!
