Generally speaking yes I do think they’d make a great pair. I have a whole bizarre fanfic that i sometimes write when i feel like it called The Ballad of Blossom Utonium (https://archiveofourown.org/works/10498830/chapters/23162352)

In it Dexter and Buttercup are a couple or at least were. In any case yes my main pairings when it comes to ppg
