#Repost @janetmock with @repostapp ・・・ Chyna Dupree & Ciara McElveen were killed in New Orleans. Two women...two black women...two black trans women were killed in less than 36 hours in the same city. Where is the outrage, the call for coalitions and support and donation drives? Trans women of color -- black and Latina trans women -- should not fall into the cracks of women/feminist movements, black movements, LGBT movements. Coalitions should be outraged/organized. As we say #ChynaDupree & #CiaraMcElveen names, we must show up in all ways (donate, speak out, educate) for the girls & women still here, still living. It breaks my heart that these girls' and women's names are only spoken when they can no longer respond.
