Night Shift

It’s been a while since I’ve successfully worked a night shift without needing something sweet and sugary to get me through.

I was kind of nervous I would run out of energy or get too tired and have to resort to soda or some break room candy.

But I did pretty alright, I had dinner at 9:30 that Mr. Red brought to me,

Originally he was going to come home early from work so we could have some time to be together, since he doesn't get home until I’m already gone, but he had some dumb meeting that kept running later and later and so we only had half the time we planned on.

Anyway, it wasn’t until 3 in the morning when I got really hungry, but I had an emergency cliff bar, for a time like this, and I still stayed in my calorie budget, actually the lowest I’ve been all week, around 1400, so I was pretty pleased.

I also went for a run after I woke up this morning and made it 3.48 miles! Much better than my previous attempts, but also very slowly, think 10 minute miles, also no vomiting :D

Well, time to get ready for work, meh.
