*gets a call from mom while at a friend's house* Mom: Hey, do you have money on you? Me: Yeah, about 7 bucks. Mom: Can you have Terry do me a favor? Me: Um... What? Mom: Can he buy me cigarettes? I'll text you the brand Me: Mom, its been the same brand for x amount of years *recites the brand back to her* Mom: It's a good thing you know me Terry: Let me guess, she needs me to get her cigarettes? Moral of the story: Pay attention- especially to your awesome parents/parental figures. It may just save your ass one day.
