have you tried mindfulness? sounds weird but it used to really help my dissociation. also eating lemon/smelling really strong coffee

mindfulness meditation is suuuper helpful. in the short term just take breaths through your nose that last five seconds, hold them for five seconds, breathe out through your mouth for five seconds. kind of a shortcut to mindfulness! hope u feel better!

Something that works for me is to put on headphones and loudly play the sound of rain - it kind of resets my brain. I hope you feel better!

Also something I learned from yoga - alternate nostril breathing (place thumb and fourth fingers on sides of nose, second and third on forehead. close one nostril, inhale, switch nostrils each time you exhale, so, inhale, switch, exhale, inhale, etc)
