Doctor in Cinderella?

Well, I was watching Cinderella 2: Dreams come true.  Jaq (the skinny mouse) is changed into a human by the Fairy Godmother...

And wtf, his hair and his clothes kind of keeps reminding me of David Tennant... as the 10th Doctor.

And when he said "It's French" I'm like: OKAY, HE'S A REFERENCE.  As in Allons-y is french for let's go, in Cinderella, Jaq always goes Sup Sup or something. An he said it was french (sorry, all I hear is 'sup sup' which I take as 'sure sure' in mice language. I didn't know it was French if it is?) 

But god damn it. Except his face, which looks kind of... well, mouse-ish and he is not as good looking as David Tennant... MAN.  "So how do you like being a human?" - Fairy Godmother "It's harder I thought it would be." - Jaq
