Muybridge (1879). The Russian watchmaker created his Cinema watch in honor of him with a zoopraxiscope at the bottom of the dial, which shows the animation based on the "Horse in Motion" series. The watch looks like an antique movie camera. Its rectangular case with black relief decor and convex lenses is framed by fluted rims. The Cinema watch is the embodiment of the idea that all types of technology and art are more closely connected than it seems, and watchmaking is no less art than cinematography. .
