Being a writer who is literally obsessed with storytelling means watching tv/movies and rewriting the story in your head the whole time. It's being irrationally upset when you feel like the writers on the project have violated the established character's personality/values. It's wanting to be in writer's rooms just to tell them "hell no, don't do that."
My two quotes on photography:
1. "A photograph is a capture of an instant of time, that will never exist. One should be always thinking of that, before clicking the shutter."
2. "What is the difference between photography and cinematography? Tarkovsky said, Cinema is sculpting in time. I say, photography is freezing time. Difference between both, is the difference between freezing ice, and sculpting ice."
Academy members: “For your consideration, or else. We can do this the easy way or the hard way.”
