Could a cinnamon classic tabby tom (about 30-40 % white) and a ginger mackerel molly have a ginger kit with the same amount of white as the dad? What would the other kits look like? None of them carry dilute but the mom carries solid, if thats even possible...
Yes!
They can have Ginger mackerel tabby toms and tortie mackerel tabby she-cats. Half of them will have about the same amount of white as the dad. :3

what kind of kittens could a cinnamon classic tabby with approximately 30 % white and a calico molly get? the tom carries solid and the molly dilute, i think.. im not good with genetics :/
assuming the molly has the gene for mackerel tabby:
Ginger mackerel tabby males, Cream mackerel tabby males, Brown mackerel tabby males, Grey mackerel tabby males, Black males, Grey males, Brown mackerel tabby females, Grey mackerel tabby females, Black females, Grey females, Tortie females, Dilute tortie females, Mackerel torbie females, and Dilute mackerel torbie females. All the kits will have white on them, half less the 50%, half more then 50%. Tortie/Torbies with more then 50% can be called Calicos/Calibies.
If the Molly also carries classic, you can also get classic tabby versions of any tabby listed above.
