Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas. 1/2 cup pitted dates. 1 cup almond milk. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. 1 cup ice cubes.
Instructions: In a blender, mix the ripe bananas, dates with the pits taken out, almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes. Making sure all the ingredients are well mixed, blend until smooth and creamy. If you want, you can taste the shake and add more cinnamon or sugar to suit your tastes. Place the Vanilla Cinnamon Date Shake in glasses and serve right away.
