I’ve been doing nothing but drowning myself in JayTim fics. I don’t know how many times I’ve already read honeymoon in the past 2 days but honestly I just cant get enough of it. will probably read it once again after I’ve had posted this little ..uh well, comic stripe? here on tumblr It only makes sense if you’ve actually read the fic bc I’ve just wanted to draw Jason laying in bed while Timmy gets all flustered  (and Ik Jason was laying on his back, hands crossed behind his head, I KNOW! and I hate myself for noticing this huge error when I was done lining his final pose, gaaah daang it!)

there’re a bunch of other (hot) scenes I really have to draw  ( and probably will do) so stay tuned , i guess!

This is my first time participating in Jaytim Secret Santa!!! As such, here is my first (of many) stupid question - what does the first check-in entail? Are we checking in with you or sending an anonymous note to our giftee just letting them know we're alive and that we're working on it? Do we do both?! Shoot rockets into space??? (JK.. but i mean..). Sorry if this is answered elsewhere I couldn't find it. Thank you! You're doing a great job hosting :) <3

There isn’t any information on the blog about this yet so no worries! I’m more than happy to answer any questions you may have as it’s my job to ensure this runs as smoothly as possible. :D

For both check-ins I am going to send a link to a survey through the emails that everyone provided when they signed up. It’s basically just a way to get an idea of your progress: if you’ve started, if you’re on track, if you think you might need more time, if you need to drop out, etc.

As such, I’m going to be gracious since there are two check-ins. If one of the two check-ins is missed, I won’t pull anyone from the exchange, but if both exchanges are missed, participants will be pulled and their assignments will be given to those who signed up as pinch-hitters. This safeguard is in place to make sure we don’t have a repeat of last year where several gifts went missing and I was unable to get in contact with participants.

Throughout the exchange, you are more than welcome to get in contact with your giftee anonymously and share your excitement about the project and what you’re working on. I am also willing (well more than willing, craving) any excerpts or teasers of projects to post on the blog to get people excited. (Excerpts are posted anonymously to keep people from figuring out who was assigned to who)

I could be really salty buuuut I’m not about that today. So. I hate Llama Eyes (they are nightmare fuel). I hate shoes and socks (please let me be barefoot always). I hate most Adam Sandler movies (I am SORRY. but not really)

Neither of them realize they like each other until it hits them both in the face. Everyone knows before them because they’re both clueless and stubborn. Even though they might become a ‘thing’ I dont think they’d ever call each other boyfriend/lover etc. They’re just “Jason and Tim”.

That doesn’t mean they don’t care. They’re very supportive in their own way- they don’t live in each other’s back pocket, but you can bet that they’d be across town ASAP if they felt like the other needed them. 

Jason actually likes to read out loud. Its soothing for him and Tim finds he actually enjoys the cadence of Jay’s voice so it becomes a regular deal. 

Jason is an excellent cook and a neat freak. Tim gets by well enough, but he’s a mess around the house.

Jason has a praise kink a mile long that Tim fully exploits. 

Jason likes to show up at WE and stir the pot... he loves adding to the rumor mill that there’s something going on between the infamous Red Hood and the Wayne Heir. Tim hates the PR debacles. 

Tim can play Jason like a fiddle; Jason hates and loves it depending on the situation ; )
