Okay, so it looks like Uraraka is saying "two black circles line up", which I think is about his costume? And he's basically saying something along the lines of "you're so fucking insistent", I think.

OK so to put it simply because I’m not the best at putting JP in eng yet, it’s about how Bakugou’s and Uraraka’s costumes are from the same support/design company and how when you look at (a whole list of names) the class, the individual designers and trends can be seen in their costumes. The two black dots in their costumes in the image is an example.
