remember the days leading up to the release of side order where everyone was like

It was a really fun time to be in the community. I remember seeing and hearing different splatoon fans trying to figure out what kind of animal Cipher was because it wasn't obvious due to how obscure the species it's based off is. And then someone figured out it's modeled after a prawn in the family luciferidae, which was super exciting. I love learning about sea creatures I don't know about through splatoon. I guarantee more people than ever know about luciferidae prawns thanks to Cipher and that's so cool, right?

Shout out to whoever chose the name Cipher because it's actually genius, sounding like the "cifer" in luciferidae, while at the same being a word used for writing in code. The word cipher is also slang for a group hip-hop performance!
