ABOUT: My name is Kurt and I’m 27 years old and live on the sunshine coast I love being in the water whether it is surfing, kite surfing, wakeboarding or tow in surfing. As a junior surfer I competed in a lot of surfing events all over Qld and winning a few along the way.

I currently still compete in the occasional event but I’m more focused on helping our junior surfers and local kids in Kawana Boardriders.

For the last couple of years I’ve really taken to the sport of Kite surfing and have got a lot of exposure in magazines also the last cover shot in Kite Boarder Magazine, I find kite surfing to be perfect training for surfing.

My goal for the future is to get as much exposure over the internet and through magazines as possible to try and build a good name for myself and the people and companies that’s support me, and also push the boundaries of my sport.

Rahdi grew up 25 k's from the closest skate park, but that didn't stop him from getting into BMX the hard way ... he built make shift jumps in the bush with mates, and loved it! From there, he rode the 25 k's each weekend to his 'local' Skate Park, at Toormina. Five years on, he's an up and comer on the BMX circuit.
