Finally getting into Clown Circus Precure after I forgot about it (also I don’t have images for some things and I’m rly bad as describing things)
So Akahana “Aka” Fuchi is a student at Natsuemu Middle School. She’s a well respected member of the schools Theater Club and well known for being passionate and theatrical, while also remaining down to earth and not over the top.
A transfer student arrives at school by the name of Kioko Emisako. She’s very humorous and excitable. And unlike Aka, she doesn’t reel herself back at all and instead is very over the top with everything she does. Which leads all the other students, including Aka, kinda thinking she’s weird.
But Aka, not wanting to see her get teased or ignored by the others, decides to try and be friends with her. They actually grow pretty close even only knowing eachother a day. And Aka kinda sees herself in her as she used to act the same way before she was judged for it and had to learn to repress and mask herself.
While getting ready to leave, the school’s suddenly attacked by a man calling himself “Pinstripe” who summons a monster called a Shikameru that drains the energy from everyone around it.
Kioko hides with Aka and reveals to her that she isn’t a human girl at all. She’s a clown from another world called “Sky Circus” and she’s been sent to earth to find the Precure.
Aka of course starts freaking out but suddenly the two are attacked by Pinstripe and the Shikameru, who grabs Kioko and begins draining her of her happiness and energy. Aka runs up to them and shouts at Pinstripe to let her go. Pinstripe is amused and appalled and asks her “why would you care for such a garish buffoon like her?”
Aka gives this whole speech about how someone shouldn’t suppress their emotions and behavior to be more tolerable and that stuff like that shouldny dictate their worth and whatnot and honestly I’m bad at writing scenes like this lol. Then the transformation device appears in front of her and Kioko tells her to use it to transform into a Precure. She does so and becomes Cure Circus.
So the rest kinda goes how you expect it to. Cure Circus fights the Shikameru, Pinstripe retreats, hip hip hooray.
That’s the basic plot of the first episode (I’m bad at explaining things) I have a bunch more stuff planned and next time I’m gonna explain the characters a little more.
