Though the forest itself was relatively peaceful, Durgon had no time to enjoy the quiet. He and another had been commissioned to delve into the ruins of a once great temple. It seemed simple enough, but there was obviously more to the story if a pair of skilled warriors were needed.

Nonetheless, the monk wasn’t one to turn down something like this, and he still needed to hone his skills if he were to grow and learn. His arms crossed in his sleeves, his fingers tapping at his elbows, as he looked for the one he would be partnered with.

I’m always up for AU but ironically the universe I have yet to really do on tumblr and the one I want most is the canon universe of my muses.

Although Homestuck AU would be interesting too...

I do like the idea of them. Only got one so far though and no one rped with me during it.

I have weekly rp sessions with friends online using the maptools program. We’ve been playing GURPS for the past year or two.

Hmm...I think Chidra is one of my all time favorites, though I do enjoy Akarias a lot too. Partly why they were the first I used on tumblr. No one seems interested in Chidra much though...

After a few days travel, Esmerelda and Mia arrived in a settlement. It was fairly small compared to the city they came from, but seemed to have some activity and couldn’t quite be called a small village. Being on a major road it seemed to get enough traffic to do well for itself.

It was mid-afternoon and the town was bustling. The road was lined with stone and wood buildings, varied shops and other services for travellers seemed like the most popular.

“We should probably rest here for the night.” Esmerelda said, turning to her travelling companion. “Would be good to sleep on a bed again, if only for a night. We can also restock our supplies while we’re here.”

He smiles. “Oh, a discount? You must really like me then.” Leaning back and getting mildly more serious he said, “Oh and it was the Greeks who first instated their own rulers. Well Persia conquered Egypt first but that was for just a short period. And there were technically never any ‘Princes’ ruling Egypt.” Finishing his bout of exposition he took a sip of the wine and leaned back with a cocky grin.

Heads up for those who care. I’ll be heading out tomorrow morning to stay at my parents for the weekend. Likely won’t be able to get online. Particularily feel the need to mention this as I am doing a couple RPs right now. I might try to respond if I can, otherwise I will reply when I get back. Likely Monday.
