hello, can you offer tips on hallucinations?
Hii!! Yes i can, i did write this (Link) but i was horribly low on spoons when making it, plus explaining hallucinations is hard when it’s just something you experience and is as real as day to you (Not saying being transhallucination is invalid!! It’s just hard to explain!)
I’ll try to list a couple more things here though, with no set type!
Best hint ever, make it up, act like there is something when there’s not, it may not work best but it may cause some anxiety to strike just from instinct!
Also, hallucinations (at least for me) get worse when i’m tired or anxious, so you could watch things that make you just anxious, not scared though, and react to stuff to the extreme since your body is already on fight or flight.
Another thing is something I, and quite a bit of others who hallucinate do, is take photos/videos/audio recordings when we think we hear/see something, just to double check if it’s real. So you could do that randomly to try and get that feel
If you’re comfortable, send said media to people you trust and ask if they can hear/see anything in it, most the time they will say no BUT do not let that make you upset! It’s normal for them to not see what you see with that stuff, and if they say they don’t see it, that might really help solidifing it.
