CIS means you identify with it.
If you are transbrunette, you're not "cisginger" unless you choose to identify that way. you are natalginger/natally ginger/etc.
Like I am natal intersex, i am cis intersex, but the cis is my identifying with it - the natal means I am naturally that way.
