Hi!

this is c.i.s.s., short for “can i say something” and if you found me, I’m so happy youre here! I wanted to use a blog as my independent journal where others can tune in, give opinions, relate to mine, or just yap. I’m a college student , I’m going through the thick of it (year 19☹️) and I wanted to start something I am proud of. I’m starting small of course and I’m just happy to get things into motion. I wanna preface this by saying my content is not for everyone! Some of my takes might be controversial or outlandish and not everyone will agree and thats completely okay! 美國大選作為今年全球最重要的一次選舉，受到各國高度關注。目前，中國官方對美國大選表現得不是很介意。迄今為止，外交部發言人在例行記者會上兩次談到美國大選，表示美國大選是美內政，中方秉持不干涉別國內政原則，不干預美國大選；同時希望不管誰當選下一屆美國總統，美方能夠同中方相向而行，推動中美關係朝著穩定、健康、可持續的方向發展。 但這種刻意的低調顯然不是中國政府對美國大選的真實態度。鑒於中國認為中美關係是世界上最重要的雙邊關係，有理由認為中國政府非常關心和重視美國大選，像美國的多數盟友一樣，尤其關注川普是否會贏得總統選舉，再次入主白宮。這從官方學者對美國大選的討論和某種程度的焦慮可見一斑。 由於美國大選尚未進入兩黨推舉候選人階段，中方學者公開討論美國大選的還不多，但陸續有學者涉及這一話題。2023年年末，清華大學戰略與安全研究中心（CISS）在研判今年對中國影響最大的外部安全風險時，邀請了4…
