RIVER TUBING TIME!!

Cicalengka,West Java, Indonesia

March 8th 2014

It was my first time to 'play' on a river. Citarik River at Cicalengka, West Java. Me and my friends Vini and Rima and also Javara team went to Cicalengka for tubing. Started from Bandung Railway Station at 7.35 am we used KRD Patas Train to Cicalengka Railway Station at 9.30 am by IDR 10K for the ticket. Then we escourted by pick up car! Yeay it was so tense!! Before started tubing we have to prepared some equipment, like safety sandals/shoes, helmet, life jacket and the protectors also the tube. (pict 3)

To arrange this trip we holded by Honk River Tubing, they have 3 tubing packages, short trip, long trip, and extreme trip. For the short we have to pay IDR 50K include equipment rent (life jacket, protectors, tube, and helmet), lunch, hot tea at rest area, and guide). In short trip we would wade about 1km. For beginner this trip is uptight enough. To see a lot of stone and some of them is so big, to fell river swept away. So, before started to tubing pay attention for the instruction from the guide, and remember for keep safety you've to thinking safe. Don't panic. hehehe
