Citizens Let Newcastle Down

From my ongoing observations, I’ve discovered, and realized the beauty Newcastle is trying to possess. It has an array of street art, new buildings under construction, beautifully planted gardens, a community garden open for everyone....it is really quite an inviting city. It is such a shame though, that the city is let down by it’s own people. There is litter on the streets, despite the plentiful number of bins, and there are carvings on the tree’s bark in Civic Park. This is not good enough.
