Do you have any regrets?
Would it really matter anymore now? I would like to focus on what I was able to do, rather than what I could have and should have done. The past is in the past, after all.

I understand how you used Misa's love to your advantage, but did you ever have the slightest inclination of attraction towards her?
I used Misa’s love and sacrificed my time on that not to my advantage, but to the entire world’s advantage. I believe I offered her the exceptional and adventurous life that she had always been dreaming of, a beautiful lie for her empty head and a life with a meaning, for as long as it lasted. Quite a lot, considering that, to answer your question, no, I did not feel anything towards her, but a strong feeling of irritation mixed with pity.
