My mother lives in Rome, in the house where I grew up. It is a ground floor apartment with garden in the suburban district of Forte Bravetta, although the GRA is a few kilometers away, the area is very green and relatively quiet. From an early age I was fascinated by the sound of birds in the early morning, sometimes it was so loud that it bothered me and woke me up. Today I tried to fix that memory and I am happy that that "noise" can still be heard so loud. Mia madre abita a Roma, nella casa dove sono cresciuto. E' un appartamento al piano terra con giardino nel quartiere periferico di Forte Bravetta, nonostante il GRA sia pochi km di distanza, la zona è molto verde e relativamente silenziosa. Fin da piccolo ero affasciato dal suono degli uccelli la mattina presto, a volte era così forte che mi dava fastidio e mi svegliava.
