Unorganized Thoughts On Impeachment.
Okay. My stand may not win in a strict law thing, so go ahead with your own risk.
First, I wanna say.. it's funny really, how law can actually complicate things. Pinapalihis pa eh. Andyan na, obvious na, iibahin pa dahil sa walang ebidensya? If people stick too much to these stupid data, this world will rot. Seriously. Why the fck do we need tangible evidence? Okay. I know. Law. Blablabla. HAHAHAHA. This country will die if everyone becomes a lawyer (peace out).
My stand is not what is correct, but what is right. I'm talking about what is the preferable decision, not what is just correct based on the law. I am not disagreeing that the evidence is not that strong enough. But to actually acquit him?! No way.
SERIOUSLY? Do you think the senators are actually just voting because of the stupid tangible evidence? They may be corrupt too, but they're not stupid enough to not see what the implication of the stupid shallow evidence is. And I think they're targeting that. Afterall, they're not lawyers, and they try to see things as normal people and not too law-oriented people. (peace out)
Plus, if you wanted evidence, the bank accounts should have been frozen immediately. The main fact that he didn't immediately show his bank accounts means that he is guilty of stupid corruption.
Funny really, how the hell can this country progress if we keep on forgiving the stupid corrupt officials? The chief justice should not be acquitted. He (ask yourself) committed corruption and that's that.
And don't give me a reason that they don't have the right to judge him coz they're also guilty of corruption. Just because he is not the only one who commits the crime doesn't change the fact that he too did commit the crime.

A small discrepancy might have been just some miscalculations, but EIGHTY MILLION? WTF. Don't joke around.
It must be impeachable. Holy sht. He even broke a freakin oath. He acts too guilty if you ask me. And the dollar account was a stupid excuse, as said by the senate. Hmm.
Maybe as a lawyer I might have voted that the evidence is not enough to convict him because it contained useless presentations, but as a normal citizen where it is idiotically obvious that he is stupidly guilty of "unexplained wealth case", I would definitely convict him.
Tsk. Maybe "Convict" and "Acquit" should just be changed into "He leaves" or "He Stays".
Also, if we do acquit the chief justice, it's like we are allowing people to just go ahead and steal from our government. They will simply use what Corona used in this trial and they'll be good as hell already.
I believe that another good outcome if the decision is "convict" is that it'll be a start in the cleansing of our idiotically dirty higher-ups.
Today, the decision of the senate may have been an incorrect decision but it is, for me, the right one.
P.S. AND! Enrile agreed to the "Convict" decision, and he is a really good lawyer. :DD
P.S.S. I also can't believe that people are already spreading stupid rumors that PNoy paid the senators who voted guilty. WTF. You are just blindly hating PNoy. Stupid. Do you really have a good stand as to why you think PNoy is an idiot? Or do you just agree with what feeler people say? Go. Ask Yourself. I am not pro-pnoy but I can say I am pro-president. Here. Bear in mind: I do not know (and neither do you) the real truth about him.

Another thing that came up... Maybe Corona was just a pet of Arroyo. Na parang napagdiskitahan lang si Corona dahil sa ugnayan nia kay Arroyo. Baka dahil lang ito lahat dahil sa pagpayag niya na umalis si Arroyo sa bansa. Kaya iyan kung bakit siya pinagdidiinan ngayon. Haha.
