Kayden was sitting in the corner of Third Rail Coffee shop, sipping on her coffee as she eyed the woman that looked a lot like her girlfriend. From afar you couldn’t really see a difference, they definitely are identical twins. Anyone could mistake this woman for Ashton and that means someone could mistake Ashton for her. That idea didn’t sit well with Kayden. If being raised as a hunter taught her one thing, it didn’t take an effort to mistake someone for another. She applied the same thought when it came to her targets. It was never really fun dealing with twins.
She glanced at a photo of Ashton on her phone. Both women looked the same and yet they are different. Kayden took notice of how Ashton was bright and hopeful, where this one seemed to be grumpy, and annoyed with the world. Kind of like her sometimes, Kayden smiled who would have thought she’d find the twin that was practically a child of summer more attractive. Hell, she originally was going to just use her. ‘You’re an idiot.’ she thought as she was finally starting to realize how much she grows to care about Ashton. Becoming a werejaguar helped with that... well, kind of. But that is another story.
Kayden wanders if her staring was going to get a reaction out of the younger woman. A smug smile crossed her lips, it probably will. Whether it is a positive or negative reaction she’d just have to wait and find out. Even though she could have created a scene, it would have helped anyone out in the long run. Kayden was just curious about this person, not only that but she wanted to see if she should get herself involved in this family drama. [@ofcaliginous -sam]
