reggie walked over to the other, wine glass in hand and flashing her a wide grin and throwing an arm around her. “hello beautiful!” she teased, giving her a small squeeze. “it feels like forever since i last saw you! even though i’m almost sure it was only like two days ago. either way, i’ve missed you.” she said with a light laugh, obviously having had a fair bit of wine already. “i was going to see if you needed a ride home tonight, the campus can be sketchy this time of year---well any time of year and i wouldn’t want you getting hurt. i’m sure zo wouldn’t mind at least if you rode along.”

atropa was half asleep on the floor - because sure the house was technically a crime scene but apparently levins police department didn’t give a fuck. a cat laid on top of her shoulder and bork was nearby having recently been fed ( a steak but still that was food, right? ). she definitely didn’t expect to hear footsteps. “oh hey claire, did you crash here last night?” she asked, nose slightly crinkling in confusion.
