So we had a huge get together for the trans people at my workplace last weekend on the land I take care of and live on. Some of us even met up first thing in the morning to go clamming for the event!

We also had the following on the menu (all scratch made)

-Shredded Pork Enchiladas

-Poblano Pepper Enchiladas

-Marinated and Grilled Pork Ribs

-Grilled Adobo Chicken

-Homemade Fresh Flour Tortillas

-Clam Bake with what we gather + corn, peppers, onions, clam stock, homemade chili paste, chorizo, tomatoes, avacado and lime

-Pico De Gallo

-Grilled Corn

Also I built a new picnic bench for the event!

All in all it was a wonderful event and I had a wonderful time hosting everyone. And everyone seemed to have a wonderful time 💙
