8(!) rounds of: 12 jumping squats - air squat where you catch some air on the way up 8 clapping pushups - try not to plant your face. i try to 'clap' instead of just touch fingers, 12 dumbbell snatch @ 55lb (rx) - not as scary as it sounds. like KB work, it's mostly in the hips. too bad mine don't also work for dancing. 17:14
