Lexmark Acquires Claron, Provider of Medical-Imaging and Distribution Software
January 5, 2015 - Lexmark International reports that it’s acquired Toronto-based Claron Technology, a provider of medical image-viewing, distribution, sharing and collaboration software technology. Lexmark paid approximately $37 million for the firm, an amount which was funded entirely with Lexmark’s non-U.S.-based cash.
