Clary handed a coffee over to her brother, before noticing his face. “Hey, you good?” she asked.

Clary had spent a lot of the night at the bar, enjoying Halloween. That was until some guy slapped her ass. She growled and turned, watching her brother approach them. “Ev, let me siphon you so I can beat the shit out of this guy.”

Clary threw her phone angrily across the room just as Everett was coming in. "Everett, now is probably not the greatest time to be around me," she said, radiating anger. She took some deep breaths, trying to control her surge of emotions.

"It'll heal," she insisted to the doctor, when she was getting a deep cut on her collarbone from a dagger she narrowly escaped while getting her and Isa out of the chaos. When she saw her brother, "Hi, hello, before you ask, I am fine," she tells him, though she knew that Everett would still worry. "Can you please tell him that I'll heal. I just want to go home. It just takes a little longer because it's deep and I'm not a full vampire."
