Highlights of the @clashendurance Daytona middle distance (half ironman distance).. i finally broke the 3 hour barrier on this 56 mile bike ride. So happy to have improved in the bike leg. My new adjusted TT position really helped as well as the @orrcarbonwheels .. just a few more tweaks on the bike position to establish more comfort on the bike leg. My time break downs are as follows: Swim (1.2 miles or 1.9km) - 44 mins Bike (56 miles or 90km ) - 2 hours and 55 mins Run (13.1 miles or 21km) - 2 hours and 47 mins It was a great event last weekend!!! With rv and tent camping, it made the event more for the regular joe. The southern hospitality was also evident and i really appreciate all the Floridians out there! I also commend team @blueseventy and @flobikes for the camarederie, cookouts and team spirit. Finally, this event the highlight of my own triple challenge for the weekend comprised of a jingle jog 5k on friday, sprint distance triathlon on saturday and the half ironman distance on sunday.
