Simple and Efficient Class Registration made easy with Steams Online
I just registered for 10 more weeks in the tourture chamber
If I don't get the classes I want for next quarter my advisor will witness a crash out of biblical proportions
So I have a history of weird sleeping shit.
For years as a kid, this would happen to me where I'd wake up in the middle of the night, look at the clock, and falsely believe that I was late for school. I would rush around the house at 3am in a panic, hyperventilating and getting dressed, gathering everything I needed for school. The next time I'd look at the clock, I would see the time correctly, and go back to bed. This hasn't happened to me in a while, but other things have happened- some of them incredibly funny. At my school, we're in the middle of class registration for next year, and my first choice elective is a class called Multicultural Folk Arts, or, colloquially, "Folklore." A few nights ago, I had a nightmare that this class (which requires no application) required an application essay, and it was due the next morning. Of course, I had no essay. I remember waking up from this nightmare, and going back to bed. However, when I opened my notes app yesterday for my to-do list, I found a pinned note of complete gibberish, run-on sentences, and random ideas, for what I'm guessing was a hasty attempt to start this essay immediately after I woke up from the nightmare. My girlfriend says I should actually write this essay, because apparently it's a fun idea, but I don't think it even makes sense :)
there are so many problems with this, namely that Sailor Song doesn't even qualify as a sea shanty, and idk what the fuck is going on with the title idea there. apparently my post-nightmare brain thought that Hozier was relevant for no reason, but I can respect that.
When the night calls (getting ready to register for classes tmr🙏🏼)
these past two weeks have been a fucking whirlwind and i realized that i completely let class registration slip and now one of the classes i need on wednesdays is full and i could take the same class on tuesdays but i NEED a monday/wednesday academic schedule i am about to scream like i cant handle any other academic schedule
12.02.20 | 12:33 PM [...technically]
So it’s actually been quite a day since I took this photo. My Wednesday was purely defined by the fact that I had class registration at 4:30 PM and then a closing shift for work starting an hour later. Registering for classes is usuallyyy less messy, but as a student switching majors + seeing waitlists fill up to more than 50 students... lemme just give thanks to the existence of the french press and oh no it’s nina (ノ´ヮ`)ノ*: ・゚
Day 2: The Winter Studying Challenge
🌨️ December 2nd - What is your favorite thing about winter? 🌨️
Definitely the excuse to constantly consume hot chocolate. On Christmas my dad tops everything off with his take on Peruvian hot chocolate, so you bet I’m looking forward to that!
