Week Eight

This week we finally reported our data gathered during our validation for weeks from Homeowners, Hotels and Inns, and the government sector. From our validation we can say that mostly of homeowners do have problem in hiring person capable of doing a specific job inside their home area. They usually hire someone if it is recommended by a friend or someone they know but they are having troubles especially when they want to rush things. So instead of finding another person to fix they wait when that person will be available that causes them more trouble and more area to fix and much expensive pay.
From the Hotels and Inns they said that they usually have a maintenance department on their office to fix any kind of problem they have but they will still consider using our service if they need someone to render a service on them. It can be any service that they want to acquire as long as they are available on our website. Usually they have costumers who want services like massage or hilot, pedicure and manicure, and other services. During those times they are having a hard time searching someone to render that service.
From the government sector, we ask for Law governing Labor Standard and Labor Relations. We have a copy of the borrowed book from the National Labor Relations Commission and we are reading the content of that book. From the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority or TESDA we ask for the statistics of their graduates and the training they provide. We want to know the rate of unemployment from their data and the number of graduates they have as of 2018. When we interview the Director of TESDA Region 10, he said that a lot of TESDA graduates apply for work outside the country and usually they are trained according to what skill they want to develop or acquire.
By the end of the week, we have agreed to make a logo for our website and decided what is the content necessary to be put on the website. We also agreed to start making our individual task so htta we can have it done in no time. Hopefully by next week we can proceed in making the basics functions of our website.
