O my goodness I got classic Alpha
But what does it mean?🤔
So Classic Alpha refers to the alphas that are most commonly portrayed in omegaverse lore!
Typically dominant and most often leaders, they are not naturally submissive and tend to rule or watch over the others of their pack.
Think like bravado and hotheadedness and possessive protectiveness? But not usually in a bad way, just in a "these people are mine, don't touch them if you want to keep all your fingers" kind of way. 🤣
They're territorial and always on high alert, and tend to be confident, prideful, strong headed individuals who people usually look up to for guidance or direction.
None of this is negative either! Sometimes Classic Alphas get a bad rap as being negatively controlling and dominant, but I don't think that's usually the case in the slightest.
They always have to protect the people they care about most, that's their main focus, and sometimes that comes off as harsh or dictative to outsiders, when it's more of a mutually beneficial relationship. Maybe think of like a healthy dom/sub relationship? The dom protects and nourishes the sub, keeping their boundaries, while looking out for them and their best interests.
Some examples of people (kpop and otherwise) that I would consider to fit the stereotype of "Classic Alpha":
Bang Chan
Kim Namjoon
Aragorn Elessar
Rick Grimes
